Each week sessions will cover hip-hop cultural learning and rap song-writing techniques and drills as well as physical exercise and mindfulness techniques including open discussions and guided meditations. It's not just enough to learn how to rap but we also need to practise opening our minds and embracing a healthy lifestyle to benefit our well-being and creativity.
